Workforce Training Solution’s mission is to provide Massachusetts employers with a competitive edge by improving employee skill sets. The training is 100% funded by a Massachusetts Workforce Training Grant Program.

The process begins by identifying which organization processes need to be changed, improved or corrected. In other words, what strategic training is necessary to achieve business plan goals?

Next, we assist employers with an evaluation and selection of the training providers for each training module. We will only work with the top training providers in their given field. There are typically two, three, or more training modules within a grant application, such as software, sales or executive leadership training.

Once a training provider(s) has been selected, we collect the information and complete the grant application process on behalf of the employer. The approval rate for the Massachusetts Workforce Training Grant Program is over 90%.

We track the application approval process and then coordinate the training schedules with both the employer and the training providers. Stated another way, we manage the entire process from grant application to grant approval to delivery of the strategic training your organization needs to be successful.
