Workforce Training Solutions is a business concept developed by Rich Frenette and is dedicated to giving Massachusetts employers the competitive edge they need to grow their organizations. Rich has over 30 years of experience in a variety of business sectors. Most recently, Rich was employed by the largest provider of Autodesk software and services in the U.S. and Canada.
Rich’s business management background is in the fields of manufacturing, health club management, medical office management and most recently, technology services sales.
Rich’s formal education includes an MBA from Anna Maria College, Dale Carnegie Leadership Training, A.C.E. certified personal trainer and as a professionally trained voiceover artist.
